Processing Time All orders are custom, print-on-demand items. Orders are typically sent to production within 1 business day of being placed. Production time is generally 3–7 business days depending on the product and fulfillment partner.
Shipping Time Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 10–20 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 14–30 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. WarchildBJJ is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Undelivered Packages If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at shoults.mace@gmail.com within 30 days of your expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
