All sales are final. Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Defective or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us at shoults.mace@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.

Order Cancellations Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed, as production begins immediately.

Lost or Stolen Packages WarchildBJJ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
